Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Mirai through the website, chat, API, credit balance, and monthly plans.
1. Service operator and acceptance
Mirai is operated by satuapps. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
If you use Mirai for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Provide accurate account and payment information and keep session tokens, API keys, and verification codes secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account or credentials until you notify us of unauthorized access.
3. What Mirai is
Mirai is sold as one product with a stable name and API. Behind that, satuapps combines its own product, routing, evaluation, and security layer with licensed inference from other providers.
The exact component models, routing logic, weights, and provider selection are proprietary and may change. We do not promise that a request will use a particular underlying checkpoint or provider.
4. Authorized security work
Mirai can be used for authorized penetration testing, security audits, bug bounty work, red team exercises, defensive research, code review, and reporting.
You must have clear permission for every target, stay within the approved scope, and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. An unrestricted profile changes model safeguards; it does not create authorization or legal permission.
5. Your content and outputs
You retain rights you already hold in prompts, files, and other input. You grant satuapps the limited rights needed to process that input, provide the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
To the extent allowed by law, you may use generated output. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or similar to output generated for others. Review it before relying on it, especially for production systems or security decisions.
6. Credit, plans, and payment
Plan prices and the applicable period are shown before checkout. Monthly plans use rolling, weekly, and monthly token limits rather than fixed message counts. Credit is charged from measured token usage.
Payments in Indonesia are processed by Duitku. For payments in rupiah, the final IDR amount is shown on the Duitku payment page before you complete payment. International card payments may be processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. We share with payment processors the order, account, plan, amount, and status data needed to complete checkout, confirm payment, and handle refunds or disputes.
Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, monthly plans do not renew automatically. To stop further paid access, do not renew and stop using the service, or contact hi@satuapps.com to close your account. If you have already paid for a period, that active period remains available until it expires. A plan change starts at the next paid period. Completed usage and payment records may not be deleted where they are needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Digital credit and subscription plans are generally not refundable after successful payment, except where required by law. Unused credit is not redeemable for cash. Refund requests can be sent to hi@satuapps.com. Refunds for international card payments processed by Creem may be handled through Creem where applicable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features and internal model components. We aim to keep the public product and API stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.
We may apply rate limits, maintenance windows, emergency controls, or temporary restrictions to protect users, infrastructure, and service availability.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, creates security or payment risk, or threatens the service or another person.
You may stop using Mirai at any time. Contact hi@satuapps.com to request account closure. Some financial, security, and audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Mirai is provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, satuapps disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output, unauthorized testing performed by a user, or indirect and consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes, applicable law, and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes may be announced in the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to satuapps as the service operator, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. Questions or notices can be sent to hi@satuapps.com.
